Finance Announces Plan To Make Community Empower An Important
Part
Of Its $500 Billion (USD) Dream Maker Commitment Program
Edison, New Jersey - Chase
Home Finance has announced a partnership with Community
Empower to provide online credit improvement services for
those Chase applicants who have been declined for a home
loan transaction. Additionally, Chase loan officers working
in retail centers and home loan direct call centers are
proactively promoting the Community Empower online system
to customers and prospects as an added benefit of working
with Chase.
Chase applicants who receive
an adverse action or negative pre-qualification letter will
be notified by Chase via a separate letter. They will be
offered the opportunity to enroll in Community Empower's
online ScoreManager program. Applicants who participate
in Community Empower receive a certificate for $250 off
closing costs when they become approved for a Chase loan
transaction.
“As part of our $500
billion Dream Maker Commitment and our mission statement
to serve all those who aspire to achieve and sustain home
ownership, we promised to provide financial education and
credit improvement programs. This program has been developed
with the best interests of our customers in mind,”
stated Michael DuBois, Senior Vice President, Chase Home
Finance.
Chase customers who enroll
in the ScoreManager program go through an interactive online
interview, then instantly receive a personalized online
analysis which includes a financial improvement action plan.
Chase customers may register
online for the program.
