Community Empower Announces
$40 Million Lease-Purchase Program

Innovative Program Provides First Time Home Buyers With The Tools
To Improve Their Credit While Leasing The Home They Will Ultimately Own

First time home buyers will be able to lease-to-own a new home Dallas, TX - Community Empower's new lease/purchase housing program will provide Texas families $40,000,000 in new, single-family homes as an investor. The program will be launched in the state of Texas initially. These new homes will be leased to CE Network tenants with an option to purchase, eighteen months later, by a simple mortgage note assumption.

This unique and proprietary financing program will be provided by funding from the U.S. capital markets through Community Empower Property Acquisition Company SPE (CEPAC), a Delaware Statuatory Trust.

This unique product line provides for a multi-state, non-jurisdictionally constrained operation; a product attribute not found in the current tax-exempt municipal programs. Consequently, the CEPAC program is far less costly to issue and available everywhere. Other tax-exempt lease purchase programs have been issued through various municipal authorities in the U.S., however the CEPAC Program will be the first, capital markets program for a lease purchase program ever offered. The program will be the low cost provider and feature much shorter lease terms than have been previously offered. This program will help as many as 1,000 families achieve the dream of homeownership. First time home buyers in Texas may apply online.
