CE Network Building Affordable Homes
In NewTexas Subdivisions
The Community Empower Network Builds
On It’s Award-Winning Strategy:
Offering High-Quality Homes At Affordable Prices To First
Time Home Buyers
Dallas, Texas - Homes You Can Afford,
Community Empower’s affordable home building network,
has announced its new suburban initiative in the
Dallas / Fort Worth market. In the making since early fall
last year, the new program will be initially rolled out
in the Azle, Texas market. Home buyers in the area come
from general market activity, real estate agent referrals
and the Community Empower Network representing would-be
home buyers from its credit financial network. The CE Network
works with area employers, churches and lenders to prepare
potential borrowers for loan qualification using it’s
award-winning online credit-improvement system.
According to the Economic
Development Newsletter, Azle is growing fast. Currently
the community has over 1,000 single-family housing lots
under development in 12 residential communities. The CE
Network partners anticipate building approximately 50 affordable
homes in the area.
Azle is also catching the
attention of national retailers with new developments underway
including: Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Taco Bell, Bealls, Sonic,
Frenki’s Capriccio’s restaurant and several
new shopping centers.
Network joint venture partners,
W3B Homes and Affordable Custom Homes are participating
in the Azle launch. Three other Dallas Network participants
may consider the move to Azle when new developments come
on line next year. The current plan is to construct and
sell 18 new homes in the 3rd and 4th quarters of this year.
First time home buyers in Texas may

CE Network Announces New San Antonio Subdivision Initiative
CE is on the move in San Antonio, the
country’s eighth largest city with 1.2 million people,
where the South side is its primary emphasis. CE Partner
Mayo Construction is currently finalizing its negotiations
to build homes in the community area serving the new Toyota
vehicle assembly plant.
The $850 million plant
will employ about 2,000 high-wage workers when it starts
production late next year, and at least 18 of its suppliers
will come to town with nearly as many jobs.
In April, the National
Security Agency said it plans to hire at least 1,500 people
in San Antonio for intelligence analysis work. And in June
the city beat out the Dallas suburb of Irving for banking
giant Washington Mutual Inc.’s regional service center,
which will employ 2,250 people initially and perhaps twice
as many within seven years.
“The next decade
will be the best decade this community has ever had,”
said Mario Hernandez, who heads the San Antonio Economic
Development Foundation. “All of the pieces are in
place.” First time home buyers in Texas may apply
online.
